We stick to what we do best: our award winning wraps. Slow roasted joints of meat. Good meat. Meat from Westcountry farms with high standards in animal husbandry. We often use the more unusual cuts; not for some kind of culinary pretentiousness but because there isn't much in this world more tender than an ox cheek.
We make all of our own sauces too. That is we make them up, as in we invent them, not just stir the ingredients together. So each sauce has exactly the right balance of spice, sweetness, acidity and flavours to awaken our food.
Of course life is about balance. That's why we pack in loads of fresh salad, raw veg slaws, and bucket loads of fresh herbs to help sustain the vitamins and vitality levels needed to power through another night of revelry.
